ONCE YOU HAVE DECIDED TO DISPERSE THE CONTENTS OF THE HOME AND OR PROPERTY,  WE WILL  MEET WITH YOU DISCUSS  THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS THAT WE OFFER TO OUR CLIENTS AND ALWAYS WITH YOUR BEST INTEREST UPFRONT.  WE WILL HELP YOU PUT YOUR SALE TOGETHER.  A DATE WILL BE SET AND BEFORE THE SALE, WE WILL DO ALL THE ADVERTISING, ONLINE AND SIGNS PLACED LOCALLY.  IF THERE IS TRASH OR ALOT OF ITEMS TO BE DONATED, WE WILL AT THIS TIME,  ADDRESS THE BEST DISPERSEMENT OF THOSE ITEMS.


SETTING UP FOR A SALE, USUALLY TAKES ABOUT 2-7 DAYS.  ( ''MOST PROVIDERS, CHARGE A SET UP FEE,  AROUND $250.00, BUT WE DO NOT'' ) DURING THE SETUP PROCESS, WE CLEAN, ORGANIZE AND PRESENT THE ITMES TO BE SOLD IN AN ORGANIZED & FRIENDLY VIEWING MANNER.   WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AS A CONVENIENCE TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND WE ALSO OFFER DELIVERY SERVICES FOR A SMALL ADDITIONAL FEE.


 AFTER THE SALE,  WE WILL WALK WITH YOU THROUGH THE REMAINING ITEMS THAT WERE NOT SOLD AND DECIDE WHAT SHALL BE DONATED TO CHARITY, DONATED TO US OR WE WILL BUY OUT THE REMAINING HIGHER VALUE ITEMS FROM YOU.  ALL   GARBAGE & CHEMICALS COSTS FOR DISPOSAL, WILL BE DETERMINED BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES PRIOR TO THE SALE.   OUR FEE FOR CONDUCTING A SALE RANGE BETWEEN 35-50%.   EACH SALE IS DIFFERENT IN ITS OWN AND ALL DETAILS ARE WORKED OUT BEFORE THE SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT.  NO HIDDEN FEES OR CHARGES. THE ENTIRE PROPERTY WILL BE LEFT IMMACUATELY CLEAN & READY FOR THE NEXT PHASE.
